The house by the water

The house is beautifully situated by the fjord in a small idyllic fishing village. But some practical challenges stood in the way.

There were missing rooms, and there was an old garage which was too small for a car, so there was also a lack of parking space by the house.

The house is located on a small sloping plot, so it was difficult to find a solution with the extension of the house.

​

In addition, one had a desire to add a new and more exciting style to the house, as the house and its surroundings could well afford to experiment with home interiors in a mix of colonial/ tropical style.
